	Dental Education for Youth in Clinton On February 24, 2010, Dr. LaMura and his staff will be providing dental education presentations to students at the Joel School in Clinton, Connecticut. Children will learn how they can keep their teeth healthy and about good dental hygiene.
	Congratulations to Dr. LaMura for making the 2009 Top Dentists list in the August issue of Connecticut Magazine. Dentists were asked by the magazine to whom they would send a loved one for dental care in seven specialities: endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry. Dr. LaMura is the only general dentist to be named on the shoreline from Branford to Old Lyme.

	Free dental work offered by the Connecticut Mission of Mercy Over two days in New Haven, an initiative with more than 900 volunteers, mostly local, provided approximately $1 million in free dental care to about 2,000 people. Dr. LaMura was a part of this valiant effort to support those people in need. 	Shoreline Dental Society Dr. LaMura just ended his term as President of the Shoreline Dental Society.
